This was a REALLY easy recipe to make only two steps really using the microwave to melt the butter and then combining the wet and dry ingredients together – my kind of simple!

Is it? Is it REALLY moist?
I would say yes it was definitely moist and very rich! It kind of reminded me of a mud cake.
I chose to mix mine up a little and I added a layer of raspberries (frozen and thawed).
Instead of Nicole’s chocolate icing, I decided to ice it with a keto cream cheese frosting that I just made up off the top of my head (I impressed myself LOL) *Literally just butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener*

This can be made as a single layer cake by just halving the recipe and nutritional information.
