You KNOW I love a recipe with just a few basic ingredients! *Note you can use fresh chives, I had just run out and have the dried in the cupboard for cracker emergencies! 

Making the Recipe – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Easy Peasy… chuck it all in a bowl and mix together!

Honestly it is SO EASY! I use my hands to mix it all together – washed of course!

Put it between two sheets of baking paper

Roll it until its quite thin – I usually end up with two different thicknesses in my two trays, one is always a little thicker which personally I prefer as its a bit more robust for dipping!

Put it in your tray and CUT IT FIRST! This way it just breaks neatly when its cooked. It really IS quite brittle so you don’t want to try and slice it after its cooked or it will just shatter!

It makes a LOT of crackers… but it doesn’t take me long to eat them 😀 oops!

 

Cooking Method – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Pop them in the oven at 140 C and WATCH THEM CLOSELY! The recipe says 40 minutes but they cook WAY quicker and I have burnt a couple of batches – ouch!

The Claim

Is it? Is it REALLY easy?

Yes and yes it is SO EASY! The trickiest part for me is not burning them! LOL

These are really very easy and insanely delicious and very moreish. One serve is 10 crackers…. I may or may not have more than 1 serve at a time 😀 lol

Yesterday when I made them I added Parmesan cheese for a bit of a different flavour and now mine will always include Parmesan cheese! EVERYONE loved them, even the non-keto peeps!

They can break easily so don’t load them up too much!
