I have to thank my big sister for putting me on to this recipe as she made one for my brother-in-law’s birthday party a few weeks ago. Since then I’ve made two. The original one from the recipe last weekend and then the one with the raspberry swirl this weekend for a party.
It is DELICIOUS and CREAMY and CREAM CHEESY and not too sickly sweet and its honestly SO EASY its fool proof! AND you can add whatever you want to it to jazz it up further, like my raspberry coulis or whatever else your heart desires! (As long as its low carb!)
This will be a regular at our family gatherings from now on!
