Lovely fresh ingredients! 

You all know by now that I love a recipe where I don’t have to go and buy special ingredients, I much prefer cooking with ingredients I use all the time and this recipe was a perfect example. These are all staples in my house now!

Making the Recipe – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ 

This recipe was quite easy with not TOO many steps BUT I did kind of get a couple mixed up… but it still turned out delicious.

Cooking Method – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Super easy, fry the bacon add to other ingredients and put in a loaf tin. Nothing too complicated with this one! LOVE IT!

Mix together the dry ingredients – super simple!

Whisk together the sour cream and eggs.

This is the step I mixed up! I was supposed to mix in the egg/sour cream mixture into the dry ingredients FIRST then add the bacon and cheese… oops!

Smooth it into a fancy silicone bread pan thingy  – silicone means it comes out easily LOL

Pop it in the oven until its cooked and looks like this! 

Taste – how does it stack up? – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

The Claim

“It reminds me of those cheese and bacon rolls you get from bakeries, you know the ones with the cheesy crusts? It is so much more moist and obviously much lower in carbs though so is a Keto win!”

Is it? Is it REALLY? 

O.M.G if I could give it more stars I would…. but my rating only goes up to 5 stars LOL.

This is seriously DELICIOUS and soft and moist and baconey and cheesy and crunchy on the outside. I need to make it again!

This is one of my favourite recipes I’ve made yet! It will be a regular in my house!
