Meal Prep – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Number of ingredients 4 (I added pysllium husk by mistake)

Very easy meal prep, I had everything in my pantry and you just mix it together in your mug!

Making the Recipe♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

So easy. Literally put it all in the mug and whisk with a fork. I think I need a slightly taller cup though.

Cooking Method♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

One its mixed pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes! Easy peasy.

A taller mug might create less overflow next time. I still ate that bit on top!

Its like a giant mushroom!

Recipe says it make 6 slices, I think I sliced a bit too thick.

Taste – how does it stack up? –  ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

The Claim

This light fluffy Low Carb Magic Mug Bread is magically Gluten Free, Grain Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Paleo, and Ketogenic Friendly!

Really? Is it REALLY magical?

Well I wouldn’t say its magical…. I mean its not a unicorn… but it WAS light and fluffy and it tasted ok. Not too eggy which is often the case with these types of things.

I loved how quick it was and I made it during my lunch break. I had 2 slices with smashed avo and it was filling and tasty.

I have 3 slices left which I might try toasting up tomorrow!
