Keto Cauliflower Soup with Crispy Pancetta

This is a great little recipe with a few key delicious ingredients. The only thing I had to buy specially for the dish was the pancetta!
*Note I used almonds not pecans as my local Coles didn’t have a small quantity of pecans for me to buy and I wasn’t paying $12 for a big bag when I only needed a few!

This recipe was SO easy and quick to make. Less than 45 minutes from start to finish!
Cooking Method – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
The cooking method was good as it was just two pans on the stove top and no complicated steps. My kind of recipe! AND IT WAS SO QUICK, I had mine all done and ready to eat in under 45 minutes from prep to plating!

YES! YES IT WAS QUICK AND EASY! So, so easy. And it was also deliciously creamy and omg the taste, so amazing! I didn’t realise cauliflower soup tasted so good.
