The Best Keto Pork Rind
Meal Prep – ♥ ♥ ♥
This meal prep isn’t actually part of the recipe I will be posting below but its MY pro tip!
DO NOT MISS THIS STEP IT WILL MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE END.
My Meal Prep
- Wipe down the skin with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Lay the skins rind side up on a tray and sprinkle liberally with salt.
- Place the trays in the fridge uncovered overnight.
- Before cooking wipe off with paper towel again to remove any excess moisture.
Making the Recipe – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
The actual recipe is really quite easy with the hardest part being scoring the pork skin.
Cooking Time – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
This is a really quick recipe to cook. 35 minutes from start to finish was all mine took. You cook it in two lots of 10 minutes and then a final 15 minutes (or 10 depending on your oven). There’s a bit of flipping and pouring off the excess oil half way through but really quick in the scheme of things!

I’m going to have to agree and say yes… it IS the best Keto Pork Rind Recipe… that I have tried 😀
I mean just LOOK AT IT below! I will say that it IS very salty so go easy and have it with a drink of some description. EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS PERFECT. It just broke up so easily, its crunchy and has that classic CRUNCH when you bite into it and SO crispy!
