Number of Ingredients – 7 with 1 optional. Also alternate measurements for using Almond Flour instead of Coconut Flour.
Meal prep was easy, I had everything I needed already in my pantry and fridge. All every day items I use in my keto way of life.
Making the Recipe – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Its super easy to make all in one bowl.
The first time I made this I didn’t add the cheese and it was a bit eggy tasting to me, so adding the cheese made a difference to the taste. I used grated Parmesan, but you could use any cheese you like.
Cooking Time & Method – ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
It literally takes 90 seconds in the microwave!
Then just to make it look good you can brown it in a pan, I just popped mine in after cooking my bacon… bacon fat mmmmmm!
Taste – How Does it Stack Up? – ♥ ♥ ♥

Is it? Is it REALLY?
I would have to say yes. It IS easy and was done in less than 5 minutes.
It doesn’t really taste or look like bread though. It looks slightly bread like but you can still tell that its based on eggs. It looks eggy and its very yellow.
Taste – the first time I cooked it I could taste the egg AND a slight coconut flavour, but I didn’t add the cheese the first time. Adding the cheese definitely made a different to the taste.
Texture – It was soft and fluffy – but to me whilst it resembles an english muffin in size and shape, its not bread like at all.
